Step 1: According to the construction drawings given by the manufacturer, dig a good trench, lay a good foundation, and do a good job of drainage; ensure that the 220V power supply is connected to the construction site; and pre-bury the required pipes and wires.
Step 2: Put the lifting column into the trench, level the line and determine the spacing. Connect the drainage holes of the lifting column with φ50 PVC pipe and lead it to the sewer or the drainage well that has been made.
Step 3: Fix the control box, adjust the air switch to OFF. use 2-core 2.5 square wire to connect 220V power supply to AB of the control box; use 3-core 4 square wire to connect each lifting column to L, CW and CWW of the controller, with L as the common terminal, CW as the rise, CWW as the fall. use capacitor to connect between CW and CWW, and how many columns are controlled by one controller, how many capacitors are connected between CW and CWW. how many capacitors are connected.
Step 4: Power on, adjust the air switch to ON. set the rise and fall time in the control box setup keypad. Test the handheld wireless remote control.
Step 5: Debug the manual descent device. After the lifting column is adjusted to the rising state, short the two signal wires on the lifting column, the lifting column can be lowered.
Step 6: Use 4-core 1-square wire to control box COM, X0, X1, X2 correspond to the public end of the manual button, rise, fall, pause. Test the manual button.
Attention:
Wiring: Wiring must be connected firmly and waterproof.
Drainage: the bottom of the integrated lifting column must be well drained.
